Clinical Legal Education: The David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights (LAW391H1F) This course offers up to 10 students the opportunity to engage in Charter rights advocacy, including but not limited to litigation, under the supervision of experienced lawyers.
Clinical Legal Education: The David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights (Practicum – LAW392H1S) This course is open only to students who have taken the first term clinical course in order to complete ongoing projects for 1-2 credits.
Clinical Legal Education: The David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights (Half Term Clinic – LAW729H1S) This course gives one student the opportunity to work intensely in the Asper Centre for 15 hours per week for a total of 6 credits.
