2012 SCC 45
The Asper Centre was granted intervener standing on its own in this case which addresses the test for public interest standing in a constitutional case challenging the prostitution provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada. The case was heard on January 19, 2012. Professor Kent Roach represented the Centre. The Court released its decision on September 21, 2012.
