JD students in all years can volunteer with one of theĀ Asper Centre student working groups that are led by upper year law students. Working groups draft policy briefs, organize workshops, and conduct research on current or emerging constitutional/Charter rights issues and human rights topics.
This year, the Asper Centre is pleased to support the following 6 working groups: Climate Justice, Indigenous Rights, Prisoners’ Rights, Artificial Intelligence & Constitutional Rights, Refugee & Immigration Law, and Sex Workers’ Rights.
Join us online on Friday September 18, 2020 at 12h45 (via the link on the U of T Law internal events calendar) to learn more about our working groups’ projects and how you can get involved.
We look forward to meeting you!
